Terminal services

The Austrian Airlines City Terminal offers you the opportunity to check yourself in and check your bags at the Baggage Drop-Off - and it is right in the city centre.
Please note that this service can only be used in combination with a CAT ticket.

Check-in machines

Check yourself in and print your  boarding pass and luggage tag right away.  This way you avoid waiting times at the check-in counter and save valuable time.

Baggage drop-off

Check in your bags yourself at one of our check-in machines.
Large items of luggage and bags which exceed your baggage allowance must be checked in at the airport.

Check-in the previous day

You can drop off and check in your bags the day before, from 24 hours before your departure. In this way, you can enjoy a convenient journey to the airport.

Location and opening hours

Wien Mitte railway station is around a 15-minute walk from the city centre. You can get there easily by underground lines U3 and U4, tram line O, bus 74A and various local rail (S-Bahn) services.
