We aim to make our prices transparent and without hidden fees for you. On this page you will therefore find a clear summary of all our service charges.

Ticket service fees shown on the ticket

A service charge for booking and ticketing services may apply to your booking. The amount of the charge depends on the country, the type of booking (online, via the call centre or travel agencies) and the payment method. This fee will be shown on the ticket.

If you commence your journey in Germany (DE), Denmark (DK), Finland (FI), Poland (PL), Czech Republic (CZ), Great Britain (GB), or the Netherlands (NL), an OPC will be charged on payments made by credit cards issued outside the European Economic Area (EEA: EU countries, Liechtenstein, Norway and Iceland). With payments by credit cards issued inside the European Economic Area, the OPC will be charged as follows (see table) and amounts to 1.65 %, with a maximum fee of: EUR 25 / GBP 20 / DKK 190 / CZK 680 / PLN 20.

The OPC is charged at a standard rate for all travel regions and booking classes. No additional OPC is charged if you book insurance and seat reservations, or on subsequent surcharges for rebookings. Tickets for small children (under two years) and Miles & More award tickets are exempt from the OPC.

In case of cancellation the OPC is not refundable.

Ticket service fees not shown on the ticket

Tickets that are rebooked, transferred or refunded incur additional handling fees. This fee is also charged if it turns out at the airport that your bag exceeds the permitted free baggage allowance.
