Our whistleblower system

Austrian Airlines AG sets high compliance standards and relies on any abuses being reported immediately. This is why Austrian has set up a whistleblower system.

If employees, business partners or customers have concrete grounds for suspicion that conduct by Austrian has entailed committing offences such as

  • white-collar crimes (corruption, fraud, a breach of trust, money laundering, etc.),
  • infringements of competition or cartel law,
  • insider trading or market manipulation, or
  • embargo or export offences,

please use our electronic whistleblower system to report any relevant information or contact our ombudswoman.

Electronic whistleblower system

You can use our electronic whistleblower system to report information easily, safely and also anonymously if you wish. The system allows you to send messages to the Austrian Compliance Office securely and in encrypted from.

Ombudsman system

Suspicious circumstances can be reported promptly to our ombudswoman, Dr Knell, an independent lawyer. The ombudswoman is a neutral, external point of contact who assists our company in identifying white-collar crime and taking appropriate measures to tackle it.

As a lawyer, the ombudswoman is subject to a duty of confidentiality regarding the whistleblower’s identity: you can therefore report any offences there anonymously or by name, but your name will not be shared with the company if you do not wish it. Whistleblowers can provide information by telephone or in writing (by email, letter or fax).
