The new Austrian non-Schengen Lounge at Vienna Airport
The new Austrian non-Schengen Lounge, located on Level 3 of Vienna Airport, is now open, featuring a fresh design with more privacy and Austrian charm. Guests can look forward to comfort zones, culinary highlights and innovative service modules.
The lounge is located near former Gates G01 and G03, and while construction work continues on the southern terminal expansion, it offers quick access to the gates along with an impressive view of the airfield and major construction site.
Completion of the new, larger lounge area is planned for 2027.
The Austrian Star Alliance terminal stretches over more than 2,000 square metres and houses our five modern lounges, which reflect unmistakable Austrian charm.
On Level 3, you will find the Non-Schengen Lounge, including a HON Circle Lounge. Due to the ongoing construction works to expand the South Terminal, this is currently accessible directly from the G boarding gates opposite the Austrian Service Center. Here, you will find a fresh design with comfort zones, increased privacy and a particular focus on Austrian cuisine and service.
On Level 2, there are Schengen lounges: the HON Circle Lounge, the Senator/Star Alliance Gold Lounge and the Business Lounge.
For departures from the D gates area, you also have access to a dedicated Austrian Business Class Lounge right there.
You will love the modern and luxurious ambience of our lounges that offer:

You can use our Austrian Lounges at Vienna Airport and the lounges of our global contract partners when you present your valid status card and boarding pass for your Austrian or Star Alliance flight.
Access regulations
As an HON Circle Member (Austrian Miles & More programme) you are part of our premium clientele. With the HON Circle Lounge we have created an oasis of calm, with a fantastic view of the airport apron.

Access with your valid HON Circle Member card and boarding pass for a flight operated by Austrian or a Star Alliance airline.
Access regulations
1 Guests must show a valid boarding pass for the same flight as the person inviting them.
2 The flight from Vienna must be the direct feeder flight to the First Class connecting flight.

Access regulations
3 Guests must show a valid boarding pass for the same flight as the person inviting them. Children under 18 years of age are also permitted in addition to one guest.

The general rule is: passengers must pay the full fare. Passengers travelling on free or reduced tickets (ID/AD tickets) do not count as fully paying passengers. Customers must always present a valid Star Alliance card when registering in the registration area.

- when you present your Business Class boarding pass for an Austrian or Star Alliance airline flight departing from Vienna on the same day; or
- when you present an Economy Class boarding pass for an Austrian or Star Alliance airline flight departing from Vienna on the same day and a valid Miles & More Frequent Traveller card.

5 Lounge access is valid for one person and is not transferable or refundable. We only accept payment by credit card. The price is determined by the airline and travel class booked. Lounge access is subject to the availability of free spaces.
