Private check-in desk

Would you like to start your trip with a special highlight? Whether you're going on a family vacation, your honeymoon or traveling as a group (private or corporate), you have the option of booking your own check-in desk, exclusively for you.

Please note the information below about reserving your own check-in desk before you complete the binding reservation form for your personal Austrian highlight:

• Your own check-in desk is only available for departures from Vienna with Austrian Airlines, Lufthansa and SWISS.
• It must be reserved for at least 30 minutes.
• The actual opening times for the check-in desk will depend on the number of guests.
• You can only pay in person at the Austrian ticket desk. Unfortunately there are no other payment options available.
• You must pay the fee in advance. Please show your invoice when you arrive at the check-in desk.
• You can choose between your chosen text or your own logo displayed on the screen display at the check-in desk. If you choose your own text, you can do so up to 66 characters. If you choose a logo, this must have dimensions of 1920 x 1080 and must be sent along with the reservation form.
• Please also note the check-in deadlines on our homepage.
• Reservations must be made no later than 8 days before the date of departure.
• The entire sum is due if you arrive late at the airport, as the desk is staffed based on the reservation.
• Fees for your private check-in desk: EUR 99 for every half-hour and part thereof.
