Did you book directly with Austrian Airlines and can no longer find your invoice? We would be happy to send you a confirmation of payment.

You can also request your original invoice (passenger receipt) on the Receipt page.

Furthermore, you have the option of printing out your receipt during online check-in, if you have not already accessed it via the link.

VAT invoices can be issued within 12 days from the transaction date (ticket purchase).  Any request after the 12 days will not be fulfilled as per the Italian fiscal rule.
