In accordance with the amendments to the Israeli Aviation Services Law, we wish to inform you about the timeframe for refunds of cancelled flights between March 1^st 2020 and December 31^st 2020.

Refunds for flights scheduled to depart until December 14^th 2020, are to be made within 90 days from the date of the cancelled flight or until October 1^st 2020, whichever is later.

Refunds for flights scheduled to depart from December 15^th 2020 and on, are to be made within 30 days from the date of the cancelled flight.

In case you purchased an Austrian Airlines flight ticket for a flight to/from Israel, scheduled to depart between March 1^st, 2020 until December 31^st, 2020, and the flight was cancelled by us but you still haven’t rebooked or received a refund, please get in touch with us as soon as possible and let us know your preferred option so we can process your request accordingly.
