Temporary Closure of Austrian Airlines Lounges in Departure Area G at Vienna Airport
The Austrian Airlines lounges in departure area G will be closed from November 19 to 21, 2024. From November 21, you will find the Austrian Lounges on level 3 until the opening of the new lounges in 2027. During the short transition period, we kindly ask you to visit the Austrian Lounges in departure area F.

The Austrian Star Alliance Terminal extends over an area of more than 2,000 square metres. Austrian Airlines offers six spacious, modern lounges that exude the famous Austrian charm. All Schengen and non-Schengen lounges, each with an HON Circle Lounge, Senator/Star Gold Lounge and Business Lounge, are located on Level 2. You can reach them via a bright, central lounge lobby area.
You will love the modern and luxurious ambience of our lounges that offer:
- a wide selection of hot and cold drinks as well as alcoholic beverages;
- culinary delights from DoN;
- free wi-fi;
- numerous entertainment options including television;
- separate relaxation areas; and

You can use our Austrian Lounges at Vienna Airport and the lounges of our global contract partners when you present your valid status card and boarding pass for your Austrian or Star Alliance flight.
Access regulations
As an HON Circle Member (Austrian Miles & More programme) you are part of our premium clientele. With the HON Circle Lounge we have created an oasis of calm, with a fantastic view of the airport apron.

Opening hours
Access with your valid HON Circle Member card and boarding pass for a flight operated by Austrian or a Star Alliance airline.
Access regulations
1 Guests must show a valid boarding pass for the same flight as the person inviting them.
2 The flight from Vienna must be the direct feeder flight to the First Class connecting flight.

Access regulations
3 Guests must show a valid boarding pass for the same flight as the person inviting them. Children under 18 years of age are also permitted in addition to one guest.

The general rule is: passengers must pay the full fare. Passengers travelling on free or reduced tickets (ID/AD tickets) do not count as fully paying passengers. Customers must always present a valid Star Alliance card when registering in the registration area.

You will obtain access before departure in the following instances:
- when you present your Business Class boarding pass for an Austrian or Star Alliance airline flight departing from Vienna on the same day; or
- when you present an Economy Class boarding pass for an Austrian or Star Alliance airline flight departing from Vienna on the same day and a valid Miles & More Frequent Traveller card.

You can also purchase access to Austrian Business Lounges directly at the lounge reception from EUR 39⁵. You will require a valid boarding pass for flight departing from Vienna on the same day.

5 Lounge access is valid for one person and is not transferable or refundable. We only accept payment by credit card. The price is determined by the airline and travel class booked. Lounge access is subject to the availability of free spaces.
