If you’re travelling as a group, you can book your flight for up to ten people. Book as a group now and enjoy a number of benefits.
Requirements for group travel
- Billing address in Austria, Belgium, Germany, Liechtenstein or Switzerland
- A minimum of 10 passengers travelling in at least one direction together
- Flights operated by Austrian, Discover Airlines, Edelweiss, Lufthansa and SWISS
Conditions for group travel
Fare: we offer group bookings with at least one bag per person.
Payment: the normal method of payment is bank transfer, which must be arranged immediately after signing the group contract.
Contract terms: a minimum of ten passengers
- 80% booking guarantee – after the contract has been signed and up to 15 days before departure (20% of the seats can be cancelled free of charge if there is still a minimum of ten passengers)
- 100% booking guarantee – 14–10 days before departure (no free cancellation allowed)
Deadline for names: 30 days before departure
Deadline for ticket issue: 14 days before departure
Rebooking: before ticket issue: no rebooking allowed once tickets have been issued: rebooking allowed depending on fare conditions. However, at least one direction must be as part of the group travel. Every rebooking request must be made at least three working days before departure.
The rebooking fee and any fare/tax differences must be paid by credit card.
Name change:
- before ticket issue: free of charge
- after ticket issue: fee of CHF 110/EUR 100 (name changes only permitted up to 72 hours before departure)
