Important note: please provide us with the age, brand and purchase price of your bag with a short description of the damage in the free text field within seven days of receiving your bag. Photos of your baggage tag including baggage code and your bag clearly showing the damage will help us to process your damage claim quickly.

Please note that this enquiry is only available to passengers on an Austrian Airlines flight. Please contact the airline for your last flight if you arrived at your destination by a different airline.
